Qualifications

• 3+ years post MBA experience in consulting or equivalent role.
• Experience designing and implementing target operating models and organizational structures.
• Strong understanding of operating model strategies in response to business strategies and goals.

• Support client engagements focused on designing and implementing target operating models and organizational structures.
• Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients.
