• Conduct detailed 360-degree diagnosis of client’s challenges, their market, and the expectations of external stakeholders, to identify top value creation opportunities.
• Improve C-suite engagement for our key insurance clients through pro-active relationships, articulate our unique value proposition and collaborate with Accenture to deliver growth.
• Analyse insurance industry trends, financial data for clients and their competitors.
• Prepare and present workshop decks, valuation models and engage effectively with stakeholders.
