Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a seasoned Insurance Strategy professional to help clients define enterprise strategies anchored in digital disruption and industry best practices. You will analyze client processes, support implementation of value initiatives, and prepare workshop decks and valuation models.

You will engage with C-suite stakeholders, strengthen global client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough growth for flagship insurance accounts.

Qualifications

• MBA from a Tier-1 B-school with concentration in strategy or finance.
• 3.5+ years of progressive experience in the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of IFRS accounting policies.
• Deep knowledge of the insurance value chain.
• Experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and market entry strategies.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects for Accenture's key insurance accounts to develop analysis for C-level client discussions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, analyse client business processes, support implementation of client value initiatives.

• Conduct detailed 360-degree diagnosis of client's challenges, their market, and the expectations of external stakeholders, to identify the top value creation opportunities that we can help our clients pursue.
• Improve C-suite engagement for our key insurance clients through pro-active trust-based relationships, articulate our unique value proposition, identify big ideas and work across Accenture to deliver breakthrough growth.
• Analyse insurance industry trends, financial data for clients and their competitors.
• Perform insurance industry and competitive strategy analysis along with operating metrics analysis.
• Prepare and present workshop decks, valuation models and engage effectively with our stakeholders. Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver client solutions.
• Strengthen relationships with global client teams to identify value opportunities.

Experience/Qualifications:
