Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Accreditation Manager to oversee, manage, and maintain all company certifications and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will ensure timely initiation, renewal, and completion of multiple certifications, while coordinating with internal teams, auditors, and certifying bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain all active certifications (12–13 in total), including but not limited to:
• • ISO
  • OEKO-TEX
  • Global Recycled Standard (GRS)
  • BCI
  • SEDEX
  • Fair Trade
  • And others as applicable
• Plan and execute certification renewals, audits, and applications in a timely manner
• Keep accurate and updated documentation for each certification
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure compliance
• Stay updated on changing certification requirements and industry standards
• Communicate with auditors, certification agencies, and other external parties
• Conduct internal checks to ensure ongoing compliance with certification standards
• Travel to Head office, factory locations or audit sites when required
