Cyderes in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist to join the finance team. You will support AR/AP in North America, handle vendor setup, invoicing, and reconciliation, and assist with audits.

The role reports to the AR/AP manager and offers a hybrid work model with 2–3 days in the office. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in full-cycle AR/AP, a commerce degree, and experience with SAP Concur, NetSuite, Ariba, or Coupa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-cycle accounts payable/receivable.
• Bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting.
• Experience with SAP Concur, NetSuite, Ariba or Coupa.
• Collaborative partner with internal/external teams.
• High proficiency with Excel, lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP systems and shared services for MNCs.

Responsabilités

• Process and enter accounts payable invoices promptly.
• Set up new vendors and review expense reports in SAP Concur.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and approvals.
• Support Canadian PST filings and bank payments.
• Handle vendor/invoice inquiries and complex statement reconciliations.
• Collaborate with billing and sales on AR collections.
• Navigate invoicing portals (Ariba, Coupa, Taulia).

About the Job:

We are looking for immediately an experienced, disciplined and organised Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist to be part of our finance team, you will report to the manager AR/AP. You will provide support to our AR/AP team in North America. You will include but will not limit to the responsibilities.

You will be reporting to Manager finance.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter accounts payable invoices promptly
• Receive completed vendor forms and set up new vendors.
• Review and processing employee expense reports in SAP Concur
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval processes
• Prepare Canadian PST filings
• Record bank payments promptly.
• Be a first contact to vendors and employees with invoice or expense reimbursement inquiries
• Contact important vendors to request that they update statements and reconcile balances.
• Can handle complex statement reconciliations; this is extremely important
• Track all active communications; bring them to the appropriate conclusion.
• Help with supporting system implementation and automation projects.
• Support the interim and final audit process to provide audit support.
• Will have to meet collection targets set by our company
• Will partner with the billing and sales department to understand the nuances of AR collections.
• Complete customer requests e.g. Bank forms, Supplier details
• Record bank payments promptly.
• Reach out to customers in a manner for collections
• Build customer relationships to speed up collection process
• Will handle complex statement reconciliations; this is extremely important
• Learn to navigate customer invoicing portals(Ariba, Coupa, Taulia)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle accounts payable/ receivable experience
• At least a bachelor's degree in commerce/accounting
• Previous experience working on SAP concur, Netsuite, Ariba, Coupa
• Collaborative Partner when working with internal and external parties
• Excel skills; experience with lookups, pivot tables essential.
• Experience with ERP systems (Concur, NetSuite)
• Previous experience working in shared services for an MNC
• Experience managing large volume of transactions
• The skills to work and solve issues independently
• Experience working in a global environment.
