Job summary

Innovation Technology By Design is seeking a Lead - Accounts Receivable to own AR end-to-end, driving collections, process improvements, and global operational excellence. This role focuses on mentoring the team and delivering robust AR performance.

You will manage invoicing, aging analysis, and reporting while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance across regions. Experience with US clients and revenue recognition is required, with a track record of automation and KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing and Collections.
• Experience managing AR KPIs including DSO and CEI.
• Proven track record in process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Experience with US clients or multinational environments (Mandatory).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Understanding of revenue recognition and accounting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead collections strategy and reduce outstanding receivables through structured follow-ups and escalations.

• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance stakeholders globally.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
