Job summary

Aspire Hr Services is seeking an accounts receivable specialist to manage end-to-end collections and reconciliations from our Mumbai office. The candidate will coordinate with domestic and international customers to ensure timely payments and resolve disputes while preserving client relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience with SAP/Tally/ACE, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure timelines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• ERP experience with SAP, Tally and ACE.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a time-bound, high-pressure environment.

• Follow up with domestic and international customers to ensure timely collection.
• Handle disputes while maintaining relations with customers.
• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable and collections including reconciliations, adjustments, advances, and receipt collection.
