Job summary

Lapiz Digital Services in Chennai is seeking an AR Caller for the US Healthcare process to manage end-to-end RCM activities, including denial management and payer follow-ups.

You will perform outbound calls to US insurers, analyze AR reports, and resolve denied, pending, and unpaid claims, covering Workers' Compensation, Auto Insurance, and Commercial Insurance. Night shift is required with two-way cab facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in AR Calling with End to End RCM Process.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-ups.
• Work on denied, pending, and unpaid claims.
• Analyze AR reports and take appropriate action.
• Handle end-to-end AR calling for US healthcare RCM, including Workers' Compensation, Auto Insurance, and Commercial Insurance claims.
• Perform payer follow-up, claim status checks, denial management, underpayment analysis, and payment resolution.
• Handle appeals end-to-end, including denial review, documentation, appeal submission, and follow-up until resolution.
