Job summary

Hireworks Recruitment Consultants in Hyderabad is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to join our accounts receivable team. You will manage calls to resolve customer queries related to medical billing, coordinate with patient access and coding teams, and apply denial management strategies to reduce denied claims.

You will analyze denial trends, work with cross-functional teams to improve revenue cycle processes, and maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions.
