Job summary

Sagility India is seeking a proactive AR/RCM team leader to drive daily calling targets and oversee complete revenue cycle processes in Indore. The role focuses on reducing denials, improving cash flow, and maintaining accuracy across patient registration to payment posting.

You will lead a team of AR callers, monitor metrics, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows and patient communications for improved financial outcomes.

• Manage a team of AR callers to achieve daily targets for accounts receivable calls, denial management, and revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Oversee the entire RCM process from patient registration to payment posting, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for reducing denial rates through proactive communication with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and improve overall revenue cycle efficiency.
• Analyze performance metrics such as first-call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores to identify areas for improvement.
