Job summary

Live Connections seeks an AR HB Medical Claims Analyst to support healthcare RCM in the US market. You will handle hospital claims, follow-up with payers, analyze denials, review EOBs/ERAs, and drive timely resolutions to maximize collections.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills required; familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and commercial plans preferred. Applicants should be adept at identifying root causes of claim denials and coordinating with payers to achieve prompt resolutions

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience managing hospital/medical claims, outstanding balances, and payer follow-ups.
• Ability to analyze denied and rejected claims and take corrective action.
• Experience reviewing EOBs/ERAs and payment discrepancies for accurate resolution.

Hiring: AR HB Medical Claims Analyst

• Healthcare RCM: Hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• AR & Claims: Manage hospital/medical claims, outstanding balances, and payer follow-ups.
• Denial Management: Analyze denied and rejected claims, identify root causes, and take corrective action.
• Claims Follow-up: Coordinate with insurance payers to resolve pending and unpaid claims.
• Claim Resolution: Correct claim errors and coordinate resubmission/appeals to maximize collections.
• EOB/ERA: Review EOBs, ERAs, and payment discrepancies for accurate claim resolution.
• AR Ageing: Monitor ageing and prioritize accounts to ensure timely payment and reduced outstanding AR.
• Payer Knowledge: Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance is preferred.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
