Job summary

MediaRadar in India is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day AP functions, ensure timely processing of vendor invoices, and support the accounting team in financial accuracy. This hands-on role requires strong organization, deadline discipline, and proactive issue resolution.

You will review invoices, process payments, reconcile statements, and coordinate with internal departments while contributing to month-end close activities and AP process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (B.COM Minimum required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounts payable role.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision after initial training.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and RAMP systems are a plus.
• Familiarity with system conversions or updates is a bonus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the day-to-day accounts payable functions and ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
