Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Accounts Payable Senior Coordinator in Maharashtra, India, to manage all accounts payable activities and related reporting. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay cycle, and experience with Tableau or Power BI for MIS analyses.

The ideal candidate will handle imports payments, inter-company reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis while driving process improvements and adherence to corporate policies.

Accounts Payable Senior Coordinator

Brief Job Description: Handling all the Accounts Payable related activities

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

( This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)

• Should have experience in Accounts payable activities
• Good knowledge of Procure to pay cycle
• Handling of Imports payment, accounting and compliance
• Inter Co Balance confirmation & Reconciliation
• Analyzing Balance sheet movement and GL scrutiny and reconciliation
• Preparing import related reports, MIS and analyzing them
• Sound Knowledge of transfer pricing and compliances
• Experience in continuous improvement projects like re-engineering, lean/six sigma, best practices framework, benchmarking, analytics which assure progressive service levels and lower costs
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or any other analytical tools

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Full time M.Com. /Inter - CA /Inter CMA
• Experience: 3-5 Years
• Technical Skills: MS Office, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI
• Communication: Strong Communication skills
• Leadership: High in leadership
