Job summary

Epack Durable Limited is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage end-to-end accounts payable processes in our manufacturing setup. You will verify invoices, process payments, and handle expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness.

You will lead month-end and year-end closings, perform reconciliations, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and drive improvements through automation and system upgrades. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• CA qualification from manufacturing company.
• Vendor management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice verification, matching, payment runs, and expense reports.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including vendor reconciliations, aged creditor analysis, and bank/ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Serve as the main escalation point for complex vendor disputes, payment discrepancies, and internal department queries.
• Track and report AP KPIs, generate MIS reports, and drive automation or system upgrades.
