Job summary

Corteva in Hyderabad is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate on a long-term contract. The role involves end-to-end invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies, and handling urgent/high-value invoices with timeliness.

You will work in a global Accounts Payable team, collaborate with cross-functional units, use SAP ERP and MS Office, and adapt to shifts. Fresh graduates with 0–5 years are welcome; GST knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process invoices end-to-end ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

Role : Accounts Payable Associate (Contract)

Job Type : Long-term contractual position with a six-month renewal cycle

Shift Timings : Flexibility to work in shifts ( No complete night shifts, cab facility will be provided)

Job responsibilities

• End-to-End Invoice Management: Efficiently process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Handling Critical Invoices: Expertly manage all types of critical invoices, including urgent, high-value, and complex transactions, ensuring timely resolution.
• Issue Investigation & Resolution: Conduct thorough investigations into discrepancies or errors, collaborate with relevant teams, and ensure prompt follow-ups until resolution.
• Error Tracking & Prevention: Maintain and continuously update error trackers, analyze recurring issues, and implement proactive measures to minimize future errors.

• Educational Background: BCom / MCom / MBA (Finance)
• Work Experience: 0-5 years of expertise in Accounts Payable processing
• Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts and adapt to evolving business needs
