Job summary

Emeritus in Mumbai seeks an Accounts Payable professional to manage bank payments, AP invoice booking, and cross-team coordination for global projects. The role involves participation in audits, monthly closings, and employee reimbursements, contributing to accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years post-qualification experience, and strong MS Office skills. ERP familiarity with SAP, COUPA, and DarwinBox is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree mandatory.
• 2-3 years post qualification, in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure.
• Experience in start-ups which have achieved scale; working in technology-enabled space is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal/external teams.
• Excellent working skills of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ERP environment (SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) will be an added plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing Bank payments - AP invoice booking.
• Coordinate with multiple teams internally (various LOBs / program owners) for AP and Taxes related activities.
• Participation in statutory audits, due diligences, internal audits in timely manner.
• Responsible for monthly book closing (includes BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc).
• Responsible for employee reimbursement.
