Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India in Mohali seeks a Senior Associate Accounts Payable with 2+ years of experience to join a global finance team. The role covers end-to-end AP operations, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, payment processing and month-end/year-end activities.

The successful candidate will work on invoices (PO and non-PO), employee expenses, and supplier payments, with hybrid flexibility after training and exposure to international finance processes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Accounts Payable and end-to-end AP processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end invoice processing, including PO, non-PO invoices, recharges, credit notes, and strategic vendor invoices.
• Process employee expense claims and maintain accurate coding databases; monitor debits and aged payables.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, maintaining the Purchase Ledger and AP records.
• Prepare and execute supplier and employee payments; coordinate with banks and finance teams.

Senior Associate Accounts Payable – 2+ years – Mohali

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join a global finance team as a Senior Associate. This is an Individual Contributor role involving end-to-end AP operations, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, payment processing, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Responsibilities –

1. Manage end-to-end invoice processing, including PO, non-PO invoices, recharges, credit notes, and strategic vendor invoices.
2. Process employee expense claims, maintain accurate invoice and claim coding databases, and monitor debit balances and aged payables.
3. Perform vendor reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
4. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including maintaining the Purchase Ledger and ensuring accurate AP records.
5. Prepare and execute supplier and employee payment runs, intercompany payments, VAT payments, and coordinate with banking and finance teams.

Requirements –

1. Strong experience in Accounts Payable and end-to-end AP processes.
2. Good understanding of invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, payment processing, and month-end closing activities.
3. Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle will be preferred.
4. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
