Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a Senior Accounts Officer (Accounts Receivable) in Mohali to manage end-to-end AR processes within a global finance function. You will oversee invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting, while driving process improvements and stakeholder satisfaction.

Candidates should have 5+ years in AR, with at least 2 years in supervision, and strong Excel skills, ERP familiarity, and data analysis capability. Hybrid work may follow a training period.

• Inter CA with 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and invoicing activities, including customer invoices, monthly billing cycles, payroll-related invoicing, and AR performance reporting.
• Perform bank, fixed asset, payroll clearing, AR aging, and balance sheet reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, customer queries, disputes, and other escalated AR issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Lead client calls and reviews to discuss AR performance, open items, reconciliations, and issue resolution while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance AR efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Location – Mohali

Responsibilities –

4. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Experience in shared services or multinational environments, Oracle/Oracle Fusion, automation tools, or process improvement initiatives will be preferred.
