Job summary

Hatch in Gurugram, India, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage vendor invoices and employee expense claims within our Shared Services group. The role focuses on accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with AP supervisors to resolve issues.

You will work in an in-office setting (Mon–Fri) and use SAP, ReadSoft, Concur, and Excel to support AP tasks. Prior SAP experience is preferred; Billing knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts payable and ERP/SAP experience.
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately and on time.
• Strong knowledge of SAP T-codes and AP functionalities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices or employee expense claims on a timely basis; high volume 200 documents per week, ensure completeness of documentation and approvals, audit and verify.
• Respond to queries, referring to Accounts Payable Supervisor for complex issues.
• Prepare adjusting journal entries and other general administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP, ReadSoft and Excel; resolve discrepancies.

Position: Accounts Payable Analyst (Vendors or Employee Expense Claims)

Location: Cyber City, Gurugram

Work Mode: In Office (Monday – Friday)

As The Successful Candidate, You Will

• Process vendor invoices or employee expense claims on a timely basis; high volume 200 documents per week, assure completeness of documentation and approvals, audit and verify, dealing with foreign


• exchange, communicate with staƯ members as required to resolve problems, and perform data entry in the Read Soft and SAP system.


• Respond to queries, referring to more complex controversial issues to Accounts Payable Supervisor.


• Prepare adjusting journal entries, with other general administrative duties and special projects as required.


• Well versed with accounting entries/journal entries


• If the person carries sound knowledge of Billing would be preferrable.


• Should know all the SAP T-codes and functionalities used for AP

• Able to breakdown complex issues and problems into manageable components


• Perform in a high volume environment


• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Working knowledge of SAP, Concur, Readsoft and Excel is mandatory

You Bring To The Role

• Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance


• Experience: Altleast 3+ years of Accounts payables and ERP/SAP experience
