INOX is seeking a Professional Services Payable Accountant to manage end-to-end processing, verification, accounting and payment of invoices for professional and consultancy services.

You will ensure contractual compliance, accurate accounting, statutory deductions, timely vendor payments and robust MIS reporting, with strong internal controls; responsibilities include verifying TDS applicability and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Verify applicability of TDS under relevant sections of the Income Tax Act.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
• Generate management reports and MIS related to professional fees and consultancy expenses.

Role & responsibilities

The Professional Services Payable Accountant is responsible for the end-to-end processing, verification, accounting, and payment of invoices related to professional and consultancy services.

The role ensures contractual compliance, accurate accounting, statutory deductions, timely vendor payments, and proper financial reporting while maintaining strong internal controls.

Verify applicability of TDS under relevant sections of the Income Tax Act.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Generate management reports and MIS related to professional fees and consultancy expenses.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes.
• Expertise in TDS, GST, and vendor accounting.
• Experience using SAP
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and MIS reporting.
