As a Jr. Accounts Officer, you gain hands-on experience with daily entries, reconciliations, and vendor invoicing while collaborating with FCs and finance teams to align numbers and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Comfort with basic MS Excel, good attention to detail, and enthusiasm for numbers.
• Quick learner with good communication skills who loves working with people.

Responsibilities

• Master SAP Systems: Learn to handle daily sales and purchase entries and process vendor invoices step-by-step.
• Keep Figures Accurate: Perform regular bank and sales reconciliations to ensure financial records match up smoothly.
• Manage Cash Operations: Take charge of petty cash handling, process expense vouchers, and handle routine cash reimbursements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Fulfillment Centers (FCs) and core finance teams to align numbers.
