Job summary

Sunteck Realty is seeking an AP professional to manage Accounts Payable operations in Mumbai. The role covers invoice verification, vendor reconciliations, payments, GST & TDS compliance, and inter nal/external audit support.

Ideal candidates will have SAP HANA FI experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication with integrity and multitasking ability.

Qualifications

• SAP HANA FI module proficiency is required.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
• Strong communication skills and integrity with ability to multi-task.

• Fortnightly and Monthly Bank Reconciliation

• Review of MSME Payment.


• Fortnightly and Monthly Bank Reconciliation .


• Review of No Dues of Customer at the time of Possession.


• Review of Monthly Bank Reconciliation.


• Monitoring of Bank Control Sheet.

Preferred candidate profile

• Well Versed with SAP HANA (FI Module).
