We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software, with a solid understanding of core accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Maintain daily accounting entries and accurate financial records.
• Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and periodic financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings.
• Perform bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and petty cash management.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and maintain document filing.
• Coordinate with auditors during financial audits.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment queries.
• Provide MIS reports and financial data to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / Finance (or related field)
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting tools
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, ITR, PF, ESI, and financial reporting
• Good communication skills with excellent attention to detail
