Qualifications

• 4–5 years of core accounting experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, payroll; Zoho Books experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 accountants and interns.
• Oversee daily accounting workflows, SOPs, and timely deliverables.
• Review client ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Oversee GST, TDS filing, payroll, and compliance reporting.
• Provide strategic financial updates and client advisory.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of4-5 accountants and interns, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
  
• Operational Excellence:Streamline accounting workflows, set up robust SOPs, and track daily deliverables to ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Financial Oversight:Review client ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements, ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards andInd AS application.
  
• Compliance & Reporting:OverseeGST and TDS filing, PT, and payroll processing. Prepare high-level MIS reports and cash flow summaries for executive review.
  
• Client Advisory:Act as the primary financial touchpoint for clients, handling professional queries and providing strategic financial updates.
  
• Audit Coordination:Liaise with auditors and external consultants to ensure seamless compliance support.
  

Requirements
