Job summary

Veedee Solutions LLP in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial and accounting operations for a premium hotel in Andheri. The ideal candidate will have exposure to hospitality accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, with a track record in financial reporting and cash flow oversight.

You will manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, fixed assets, payroll, budgets, and audits, collaborating with auditors and hotel leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance.
• 2-8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Mandatory experience in Hotel, Hospitality, Airline, Airport Lounge, or F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, MIS, budgeting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and hotel accounting software (IDS, Opera, SAP, or similar) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Oversee payroll accounting and vendor payments.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory accounting.
• Monitor hotel revenue, cost control, and profitability.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial and accounting operations of a 4-star hotel in Andheri. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hotel, airline, hospitality, or airport lounge industry and possess strong knowledge of hospitality accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and hotel accounting software (IDS, Opera, SAP, or similar) is preferred.
• Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
