Job summary

Atoconn is seeking an Accounts Intern for its Kalyan, Maharashtra office. This on-site internship runs for 6 months with a paid stipend and a potential full-time offer for high performers.

You will learn the full monthly accounting cycle, including invoicing, receivables, vendor payments, GST/TDS working papers, and bank reconciliations, while using Tally and our iAM accounts product.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA or equivalent.
• Basic accounting concepts: debit/credit, ledgers, GST basics.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets; numbers must be accurate.

Responsibilities

• Raise client invoices, track receivables and follow up on payments.
• Record purchases, expenses and vendor bills; reconcile bank statements monthly.
• Prepare GST and TDS working papers for review and filing.
• Maintain ledgers in Tally and in iAM accounts product.
• Prepare simple MIS: cash position, aging, monthly expense summaries.
