Responsibilities and Scope

• Independent handling of Finance & Accounts for a Steel Pipe Manufacturing company with revenue of Rs.900 crores.
• Oversee and handle accounts end‑to‑end up to finalisation of Annual Reports.
• Manage working capital, CC/OD limits with Bank LC/BG, debtors and vendors, and cash‑flow forecasting.
• In‑depth knowledge of internal controls, auditing, costing, statutory compliance, indirect and direct taxes, and company affairs/ROC matters.
• Proficiency in GST, TDS, audits and related compliance.
• Commercial intelligence – purchases and negotiations, sales and management accounting, material accounting, and inventory‑control MIS reporting to management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, common sense, self‑starter, analytical mindset, supervisory skills, team orientation, and process discipline.
