Heaven Green Energy Ltd. in Surat is seeking an experienced Account Head / Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee overall accounting and finance operations.

The role requires strong expertise in GST, TDS, audits, MIS and project costing, with ERP and advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant experience, excellent banking and working capital management, and the ability to drive financial controls with independent decision‑making in a fast‑growing corporate

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Head / Accounts & Finance Manager with 5-7 years of experience to manage overall accounting and finance operations.

Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounts finalization, GST, TDS, audits, MIS & management reporting, banking and working capital, project/EPC accounting, WIP, project costing, inventory reconciliation, ERP and advanced Excel. Experience in Solar EPC, Manufacturing, Trading, or Infrastructure industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall accounting & finance operations.
• Handle Accounts Finalization, GST, TDS & Audit.
• Prepare MIS & Management Reports.
• Manage Banking, CC, BG, LC, Loans & Working Capital.
• Manage ERP, Advanced Excel & Financial controls.

Must Have

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Audit
• Experience in Accounts Finalization & MIS
• Knowledge of Banking & Working Capital
• Independent decision-making

Nice to have

• Solar EPC / Manufacturing experience
• CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification
• Experience in Project Costing & WIP
• Experience with Odoo/ERP systems
