To support our growing operations, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounts & Finance Manager to lead our finance team. This role is essential in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the financial success of our organization.

Position Overview: As the Accounts & Finance Manager, you will take on a leadership role in overseeing financial transactions, financial analysis, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, adhering to accounting standards, and driving financial excellence within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Operations Management:

• Oversee and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial entries with company policies and regulations.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial entries with company policies and regulations.
• Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with the finance team to develop, monitor, and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze budget variances and provide strategic recommendations.

4. Bank and Vendor Reconciliation:

• Oversee the reconciliation of bank statements and vendor accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation processes.

5. Compliance and Taxation:

• Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and manage the timely filing of tax returns.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

6. Audit Management:

• Take a leadership role in preparing for internal and external audits.
• Provide the necessary financial data and documentation to auditors.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
• Generate ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as needed.

8. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, CFA,) is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in accounting software – Tally and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
