The role covers statutory and internal audit coordination, cost accounting, and inter-company processes to support business teams. Strong Excel and SAP skills are preferred.

Job description

A - 1 JOB CONTENT :

Responsible for Preparation of MIS, and execute various month end activities in the SAP, and also coordinate

various audits, monitoring and helping in statutory & Sanmar system compliances.

A - 2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Accounting :-

• Maintenance of accounts & MIS reports in line with accounting standards and Sanmar Accounting Policies
• To Co-ordinate the statutory requirements on GST, Export obligations /Incentives, IDPMS / EDPMS
• To ensure proper coordination with internal auditors.
• To monitor the Business expenses & spending within the approved budget levels.

Audit :-

• Coordinating with auditors (Statutory & Internal )
• Handling of statutory audit, Tax Audit, Cost audit.
• Month End activities
• Execution of standard costing
• Execution of actual costing
• Calculating WIP
• Calculating variance against standard
• Settlement of variance
• Analysis of variances
• Calculating depreciation, Interest.
• Raising of inter-company debit notes on service transactions
• Accounting of foreign expenses / review
• Annual Accounts
• Preparation of annual accounts in schedule VI format and compilation of related schedules.
• Review monitor, and report the performance against various parameters to the business team.

Statutory Complaince :-

• Compliance with requirements of GST and Income Tax acts
• Timely Submission of returns
