Job summary

Pure Living India in Goa is seeking a hands-on Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day books and ensure financial operations across outlets stay organised.

You will handle GST filings, vendor payments, reconciliations, bank/cash reconciliations, and prepare basic MIS and outlet-wise reports to support decision-making.

Good Excel skills and familiarity with tally are required; experience in multi-outlet cafe/retail finance will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.
• GST filing, compliance and documentation.
• Manage purchase and sales entries, invoices and vendor accounts.
• Bank and cash reconciliations.
• Reconcile payments across POS, UPI, card machines and gateways.
• Reconcile Zomato and other delivery/platform settlements.
• Track receivables, payables and outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with outlets to ensure bills, expenses, sales and cash records are submitted correctly and on time.
• Monitor outlet-level financial discrepancies and flag issues proactively.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments and statements.
• Maintain records for CA, GST and statutory requirements.
• Prepare basic monthly MIS and outlet-wise financial reports.
• Keep an eye on finance-related issues and ensure resolution.

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records
• GST filing, compliance and documentation
• Manage purchase and sales entries, invoices and vendor accounts
• Bank and cash reconciliations
• Reconcile payments across POS systems, UPI, card machines and payment gateways
• Reconcile Zomato and other delivery/platform settlements
• Track receivables, payables and outstanding payments
• Coordinate with different outlets to ensure bills, expenses, sales and cash records are submitted correctly and on time
• Monitor outlet-level financial discrepancies and flag issues proactively
• Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments and account statements
• Maintain organised records for CA, GST and statutory requirements
• Prepare basic monthly MIS and outlet-wise financial reports
• Keep an overall eye on finance-related issues and ensure they are followed through until resolved

What We're Looking For

Someone organised, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of the numbers. You should be confident with Tally/accounting software, Excel, GST, reconciliations and day-to-day accounting. Experience handling accounts for cafés, restaurants, retail or multi-outlet businesses would be an advantage.
