Job summary

Xpheno is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive Plant to manage plant-level accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, inventory control and reconciliation. You will oversee end-to-end accounting activities, vendor reconciliation, invoice management and monthly closings, while maintaining books using Tally ERP.

You'll collaborate with Operations, Procurement and Finance teams, identify process gaps and strengthen financial controls.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Plant Accounting / Plant Finance / Manufacturing Accounts.
• Experience in automobile or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in inventory accounting and reconciliation.
• Good exposure to vendor reconciliation and invoice management.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and accounting systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• MBA / equivalent qualification preferred.
