Job summary

MEKR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a digital manufacturing platform in Haryana, is seeking an Accounts Executive with 2–4 years of experience to handle day-to-day financial activities, GST/TDS compliance, invoicing, and ledger maintenance.

The role involves bank reconciliations, vendor/customer payment coordination, and month-end closing support. B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent is preferred; male candidates only.

Qualifications

• 24 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally or BUSY mandatory.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic accounting principles
• Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, bank reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and support month-end closing.
• Coordinate with vendors/customers regarding payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance.
