Job summary

Arhamwealth in Surat seeks an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, payments, and journal entries. You will maintain ledgers and accounts using Tally Prime, ensure accurate records, and prepare financial statements and reconciliations.

The role requires a solid grasp of accounting principles and GST/TDS compliance, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain client data accurately while performing bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts using Tally software.
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations (GST, TDS), and company policies.
• Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure that all clients’ contact information is up to date.
• Discover unpaid invoices by analyzing financial data.
• Invoice, credit, bill, and order statements should be gathered and sorted.
