Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tally for daily accounting entries.
• Experience supporting internal audits and invoice verification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and proper record-keeping.
• Prepare MIS reports weekly, quarterly, and annually.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable and follow up on payments.
• Handle statutory compliance including TDS and GST filings.
• Perform other accounting or admin duties as assigned.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper record-keeping.


• Perform daily accounting entries in Tally.


• Monitor employee attendance and verify related expenses.


• Assist in internal audits, including verification of invoices and payments.


• Prepare MIS reports on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.


• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including regular follow-ups.


• Handle statutory compliance such as TDS, GST, and related filings.


• Maintain and manage petty cash transactions.


• Support project financing activities as required.


• Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by the company from time to time.
