Job summary

Aertrip India Limited is seeking an Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and statutory compliance. The candidate will handle journal entries, balance sheets, cash flow, and P&L while ensuring GST and TDS compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally / ERP / QuickBooks) and MS Excel, along with attention to detail and analytical skills. 2+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Accounts Executive.
• Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet, Journal Entries, Cash Flow, and P&L.
• Hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP, and QuickBooks; MS Excel strong.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting activities and books of accounts.
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries.
• Assist in preparation and analysis of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements.
• Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations, and returns.
• Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, challans, returns, and Form 16/16A.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in statutory and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting activities and books of accounts

Prepare and post accurate journal entries

Assist in preparation and analysis of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements

Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations, and returns
