Job summary

Dash Ast Technology in Mumbai is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage end-to-end invoicing, payments, TDS/GST filings, payroll postings, and monthly financial statements using Zoho Books. Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on accounting or finance experience in a corporate or financial services environment
• Strong expertise in TDS, GST, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency with Zoho Books or similar accounting software; Excel expertise a must
• CA/CMA qualification or pursuing professional certification preferred
• Self-motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Mumbai or willing to work on-site full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing, payment scheduling (including TDS compliance), and AP/AR operations
• Own customer invoicing workflows, conduct bank reconciliations, and oversee payroll postings and verification
• Prepare and own monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements) and ad-hoc financial analysis via Zoho Books
• Lead statutory compliance and regulatory filings TDS, GST, PT, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations
• Drive customer receivables management, conduct follow-ups, and implement process improvements to reduce DSO
• Support finance team in ad-hoc analysis, budgeting, and financial planning activities
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline accounting operations
