Bhima Jewellery in Tamil Nadu is looking for an experienced accountant to manage daily accounting and financial records. The role includes invoicing, handling accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

The candidate will assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings to ensure accurate financial data for decision making.

Responsabilités

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase bills, and expense vouchers.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain general ledger, cash book, and petty cash records.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
