Job summary

PLT Industries in Delhi requires an experienced accounts professional with 6+ years in manufacturing. You will manage daily books on Tally ERP9/Prime, prepare vouchers, and coordinate across departments. Strong English communication and up-to-date regulatory knowledge are essential.

Candidate must work independently, handle MIS reporting, and join immediately for the Delhi posting. Prior manufacturing exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GST, Income Tax/TDS, ESI, PF and related compliance.
• Experience in maintenance of daily Books of Accounts in manufacturing context.
• MIS reporting experience and independent handling of accounts work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily Books of Accounts on Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
• Prepare vouchers and day-to-day accounts tasks.
• Communicate with departments via email/phone and follow up on payments.
• Handle stock-related docs: Production Memos, GRN, Credit/Debit Notes.
• Ensure compliance with latest rules and regulations; work independently.

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate should have working knowledge of GST, Income Tax/TDS, ESI, PF etc.
• Maintaining of daily Books of Accounts on Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime
• Preparation of Vouchers and other accounts related day to day work
• Communication with various departments and sending them emails and phone calls
• Following up with customers for payments or accounts related work
• Knowledge of Production Memos, GRN, Credit note, Debit Note and other stock handling work
• ONLY CANDIDATES WITH WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF TALLY ERP9 AND TALLY PRIME SHOULD APPLY

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com/M.Com/ CA (Inter)/ ICWAI (Inter) with 6 years and above experience
• Company prefers those candidates who have experience working in MANUFACTURING UNIT
• Fluent in English (both written & oral) and good communication skills
• Well versed in computers and use of Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime
• Aware of the latest rules and regulations related to the accounts work
• Hard working, sincere and ready to take challenging tasks
• Candidate should be able to handle all the accounts work independently
• MIS reporting is essential
• Result oriented candidate is desired
