Job summary

Cutmac Marketing Pvt Ltd seeks a diligent accounting professional to manage the books using Zoho Books and Zoho Accounting. You will handle end-to-end processes including AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The role requires GST compliance, statutory filings, audits support, and close collaboration with billing and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho Accounting is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Prior exposure to GST compliance and statutory filings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including AP/AR and general ledger.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, vouchers, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare GST returns, filings, and reconciliations.
• Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow statements and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with billing, collections and finance reporting teams.
