Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a seasoned finance leader to oversee daily operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across its hospitality portfolio. You will manage AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations, while guiding strategic forecasting and cost-control initiatives.

The role requires 5–10 years in accounting or finance with supervisory experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in SAP/Oracle/Tally and Excel. ACAA/CPA/MBA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or professional certification preferred for senior roles.
• 5–10 years experience in accounting or finance with supervisory/management experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting; Excel skills; SAP/Oracle/Tally experience.

Responsibilities

• Experience: Typically requires a minimum of5-10 yearsof experience in accounting or finance, with several years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Expertise in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are also crucial.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.
