Job summary

Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of GST returns accurately and within timelines.
• Handling TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
• Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Managing accounts reconciliation including vendor and customer accounts.
• Preparing MIS reports and supporting management with financial data analysis.
• Maintaining accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinating with auditors, banks, and internal departments when required.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Job Designation - Accounts Executive

Experience - 1 to 3 years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with 1- 3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in GST filing, TDS compliance, bank reconciliation, accounts reconciliation, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Good understanding of MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP systems.
