Job summary

Preet EPC P Limited in Uttar Pradesh seeks a finance professional with 2-8 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or EPC. You will manage day-to-day SAP accounting, GL records, vendor bills, and inter-company reconciliations, while ensuring GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

You will assist in closings and financial reporting, and coordinate with auditors. The role requires strong Excel skills and familiarity with Tally or other ERP systems, with attention to detail and deadline-driven

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of SAP FI module and GST/TDS compliance is essential.
• Experience in manufacturing or EPC accounting environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP including journal entries, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Maintain records of general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Prepare accounts payable/receivable, vendor bills, and employee reimbursements.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, including preparation of financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor account reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Monitor and maintain records for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Assist in cost control, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Support finance team with other administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-8 years of accounting experience, specifically in a manufacturing or EPC industry environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP (FI module preferred).
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and familiarity with Tally or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
