Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Ltd in Mumbai seeks a Finance Executive for a fixed term contract based in Andheri. You will maintain bill records, confirm vendor payments, and monitor monthly budgets using Tally, Excel and PowerPoint.

You will prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, reconcile expenses and ensure they align with purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting and expense tracking.
• Ability to prepare clear financial reports for senior management.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills (PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• To keep records of bills processed and payment made in soft form for above categories.
• To send confirmation to vendors as and when payment is made
• To maintain details of Budget and Amount paid on month wise on real time basis.
• To ensure bills processed does not exceed the quantities mentioned in the Purchase Orders.
• To prepare Grant Utilization Certificate on quarterly basis
• To Reconcile thematic wise expenses with Tally on monthly basis
• Monitor the budget and amount spent on a monthly basis.
• Bring it to the management wherever actual spending is more or will be more than budget and vice versa
• To develop and prepare financial reports and PPTs for review with Senior Management
• To prepare presentation for Budget and spent on monthly basis
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point & Excel), Tally knowledge is a must
