ABB in India (Karnataka) is seeking a Payroll General Accounting professional to support month-end payroll activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and policy execution. You will work onsite within the Finance function and collaborate with global teams.

Applicants should have 4–6 years in payroll accounting, with Cadency, Workday, SAP and S/4HANA experience, and strong communication skills. The role requires flexibility across shifts and cross-country process standardization.

• Producing reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing.
• Handling Audit Quires.
• Recommend changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities. Identifying areas for process / report standardization across different countries.

This Position reports to

Team Lead - Payroll Accounting

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing record to report data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

The work model for the role is: Onsite.

This role is contributing to the Finance Business Function.

You will be mainly accountable for
