Job summary

Asian Hires in India seeks an experienced Finance/Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, supervise the team, and ensure accurate reporting and timely book closure.

Responsibilities include AP and GL management, asset oversight, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and supporting audits and statutory compliance.

Requires 5+ years in accounting/finance with 2–3 years in supervision, excellent Excel and English skills; Oracle NetSuite experience preferred; shifts may vary.

Department: Finance – Corporate Accounting

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance/Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, supervise the accounting team, and ensure accurate financial reporting, timely book closure, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable, General Ledger, banking, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee fixed assets, prepaid expenses, depreciation, and intercompany accounting.
• Ensure timely monthly book closure using Oracle NetSuite and QuickBooks.
• Prepare financial reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Support external audits, tax, and statutory compliance.
• Lead, train, and evaluate accounting team members.
• Coordinate with US-based teams and support QSF accounting/reporting requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, including 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong corporate accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong English communication.
• Oracle NetSuite experience highly preferred; exposure to QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts and on Indian holidays when required.
