Laxmi Diamond (Pvt) Ltd in Mumbai invites you to join our finance team as a Billing Specialist. You will verify billing data, update customer accounts, and help ensure timely and accurate payments across our B2B operations in India and worldwide.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency with online payment systems and electronic invoicing. Fluency in English and Hindi and strong communication are essential for team collaboration and customer

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in billing, accounting, or accounts receivable preferred.
• Familiarity with online payment systems and electronic invoicing.
• Prior accounting experience in the diamond industry advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Hindi with good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Verifying billing data, updating customer accounts, and resolving discrepancies, ensuring the organization receives timely and accurate payments
• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in billing records or payments & sending payment reminders & Sales Invoices to Customers.
• Creating & Issuing & Tracking Daily Billing Invoices and preparing Daily Sales reports.
• Daily Closing Stock Matching & Assisting with month-end closing & providing data for financial analysis
• Timely update and maintain customer database

Job Duty Description :

• Verifying billing data, updating customer accounts, and resolving discrepancies, ensuring the organization receives timely and accurate payments
• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in billing records or payments & sending payment reminders & Sales Invoices to Customers.
• Creating & Issuing & Tracking Daily Billing Invoices and preparing Daily Sales reports.
• Daily Closing Stock Matching & Assisting with month-end closing & providing data for financial analysis
• Timely update and maintain customer database

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Strong attention to detail & Basic Knowledge of accounting principles
• Previous experience in billing, accounting, or accounts receivable roles is preferred
• Familiarity with online payment systems and electronic invoicing & have a flair for numbers.
• Prior Accounting experience in Diamond Industry would be advantageous
• Fluent in English & Hindi with possession of good communication skills for interacting with the team

Working Conditions :

• Full Time Employee benefits : 21 days annual leave, paid sick leave, in-house training, Public Holiday, Competitive Salary, good promotion opportunities, Staff Discount, office work, no shift is required.
• Our office hours : 8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon - Fri), 9:00am to 5:00pm (Sat)
• The successful candidate will be offered a local contract for one year (extendable).
