Job summary

Karma CPA is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage end-to-end bookkeeping and year-end finalization. The role covers payables, receivables and payroll processing, and the preparation of monthly management reports to guide business decisions. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

A commerce degree (B.Com/M.Com) or MBA, and Inter CA pursuit are preferred qualifications. You will collaborate with finance, operations and sales, and have opportunities to grow into

Job description

End-to-End Bookkeeping & Year-End Finalization Work: Oversee the entire bookkeeping process, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements. Ensure accurate year-end finalization of accounts.

Payables, Receivables & Payroll Processing: Handle the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection. Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax compliance.

Monthly Management Reports: Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, providing insights into financial performance, variances, and trends to aid decision-making.

Experience: Freshers and experienced both can apply

Accounting Knowledge: Good understanding of basic accounting concepts and principles.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), Master's in Business Administration (MBA), and Inter CA (Preferred).
