Sukrthi Recruits is seeking a motivated B.Com graduate to join the Audit team as a fresher. You will learn day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliation under guidance from senior team members.

Roles include bookkeeping, invoicing, data entry in accounting software, and basic GST/TDS support, with on-the-job training and clear career growth into a Senior Accountant path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, debit/credit systems, and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel; familiarity with Tally Solutions is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: maintain daily financial records.
• Invoicing & Billing: issue invoices, receipts, and statements.
• Reconciliation: reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Data Entry: enter financial data into accounting software like Tally.
• Expense Tracking: verify employee expenses and vendor bills.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate daily records of financial transactions.
• Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and account statements.
• Reconciliation: Help reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts to resolve any discrepancies.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software (e.g., Tally).
