Job summary

ABB in Bengaluru seeks an experienced accounting professional to coordinate and obtain bank transaction details, process journal entries, and lead monthly closing activities. You will perform GL reconciliations and manage intergroup banking processes while collaborating with AP, AR, GA, IG teams and country controllers.

A shift-flexible, integrity-driven individual is preferred. Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in General Accounting with strong communication skills, and a commitment to ABB’s

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in General Accounting, BRS and Treasury Accounting.
• Must be flexible for shift timings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and obtain accounting details for bank transactions.
• Process journal entries in books of accounts.
• Lead R2R monthly closing activities.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliation.
• Maintain knowledge of bank accounting processes including IHB and intergroup transactions.
• Coordinate with AP, AR, GA, and IG teams to resolve queries.
• Liaise with FAO country teams for accounting details related to banks.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with business controllers.

Liaise with FAO country teams to obtain accounting details for bank transactions related to both IHB and external banks Establish andmaintaineffective and cooperative working relationships with business controllers. Your background :

• Bachelor’s ormaster's degree in Accounting, Finance orCommerce. 4to8years of experience inGeneral Accounting, BRS, TreasuryAccounting. Must be flexible in working for any shift timings. Good communicationskills,Integrityand Good collaboration.
